Minimum 1+ years Behavior Specialist experience required.BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) - Full Time - Sherman, CT Location: Sherman, Connecticut Job Type: Full Time, Permanent Start Date: ASAP Company: Soliant Education About the Job: Soliant Education is seeking a compassionate and skilled BCBA to join our team in Sherman, CT. In this full-time, onsite position, you will work with an adult population (18+) in an Autism Center and some home-bound settings. All positions are 1:1, providing you the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals on the autism spectrum. Responsibilities:Conduct assessments to develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs). Implement and monitor the effectiveness of behavior interventions. Provide training and support to staff and family members on behavior strategies. Collect and analyze data to assess client progress and modify interventions as needed. Ensure compliance with ethical and professional standards. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance treatment plans. Work directly with clients in an Autism Center and at home-bound locations. Conduct supervision for RBTs (Registered Behavior Technicians) and other staff when applicable.Requirements:Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Previous experience working with adults, specifically the autism population, is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to maintain accurate and timely documentation. Valid drivers license and access to reliable transportation for home-bound visits.
