Minimum 1+ years speech therapy experience required.Job Opportunity: Full-Time School-Based Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) Soliant is seeking a dedicated and passionate Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join a school district nearby the area of Thornton, ILfor the remainder of the school year and the upcoming 2025/2026 school year. Position Details: This full-time position involves working with students from Pre-K through 8th grade, supporting speech-language therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP). Responsibilities include assisting in the implementation of therapy plans, conducting speech and language exercises, documenting student progress, and collaborating with teachers, parents, and school staff to ensure student success. Qualifications:Associates or Bachelors Degree in Communication Sciences & Disordersor a relatedfield Valid IllinoisSLPA license or eligibility to obtain one Experience working with pediatric or school-based caseloads is a plusCompensation Details: At Soliant, we recognize your skills and dedication.
