Get to Know Your Team: Hackensack Meridian Pascack Valley Medical Center is a 128-bed, full-service, acute-care community hospital with a new emergency department, a state-of-the-art maternity center, a women's imaging center, and an ICU.ResponsibilitiesThe Endoscopy Tech is accountable for the care, maintenance, ordering, and stocking of the technical equipment and supplies. He/She is also responsible for creating a clean and safe environment for the care of patients.QualificationsJob Requirements: High school diploma or GED. 1+ years’ experience in a medical environment as an Endoscopy Technician or Surgical Technologist. Basic Life Support (BLS) Knowledge in the use and care of a scope re-processor. Knowledgeable of appropriate techniques for packaging instruments and other supplies. Preferred Job Requirements: Certified Endoscopy Technician (CET)Pay Rate Minimum:$18.31Rate of pay is determined based on experience and education, and may include other pay components such as differentials and call pay based on role.
