With the rapid growth in local food production, cannabis cultivation, and hydroponic technology, this is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic and expanding sales team.Position Summary This role is responsible for increasing sales of engineered greenhouse systems, grow technologies, and environmental controls—primarily to large-scale hydroponic, floriculture, and cannabis cultivation operations. A key focus will be on Venlo-style structures and full-system solutions.ResponsibilitiesDesign greenhouse systems optimized for environmental and vertical performanceCollaborate with R&D to improve products and develop new solutionsCoordinate with estimating, design, and installation teams to ensure project accuracyBuild and maintain strong client relationships across the commercial cultivation spaceRespond to inquiries and leads from commercial customersDeliver tailored, effective sales presentations virtually and in personLead sales efforts for large engineered greenhouse projectsPrepare complete orders including all components and accessoriesSpecialize in Venlo-style greenhouse design and implementationPerform other duties as assignedQualifications5+ years of sales experience in the greenhouse, horticulture, or related industriesProven B2B sales success, preferably in agriculture, cultivation, or grow systemsBachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experienceIn-depth knowledge of commercial greenhouse structures and operationsFamiliarity with interpreting technical documents, plans, and diagramsProficiency with order management and productivity software (EPICOR a plus)Comfortable with mathematical applications including geometry, trigonometry, and statisticsStrong verbal and written communication skillsWork EnvironmentPrimarily a sedentary role with some walking and standingModerate noise environment typical of office or showroom settingsRemote or hybrid work schedule availableReasonable accommodations provided as neededCompensation and BenefitsBase salary of $80,000 per year, plus commissionMedical, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with company matchLife and disability insurancePaid vacation, holidays, and personal timeEducational assistanceEmployee product discounts and referral programAs part of our promise to talent, Kelly supports those who work with us through a variety of benefits, perks, and work-related resources.
