Weichert Workforce Mobility is hiring a Performance Analyst. The Performance Analyst is a member of the Operational Excellence team responsible for the generation, analysis, and distribution of KPI and Metric reporting for internal and external stakeholders. The position works closely with the Manager of Performance Management and other leaders to ensure that the Performance Management program aligns with Weichert Workforce Mobility’s strategic goals.Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:Generates KPI and SLA metric reporting for Client Relations and Customer Experience leadership. Prepares and maintains monthly Service Line and Segment Scorecards. Provides trend analysis and forecasting for relevant KPIs and SLAs. Supports the development of new metrics and tools through research and testing. Conducts audits and quality assessments of the operational capacity management tools and reports. Provides timely data and ad hoc reports for RFP requests and client pricing proposals. Collaborates with the Business Process team to develop performance management plans in support of SOPs. Works with Client Relations stakeholders to identify unique client reporting needs. Develops queries to generate reports. Focuses on user needs in defining data requirements and retrieving accurate information. Audits data and reports produced to ensure accuracy and consistency. Determines and implements methods to increase efficiency and effectiveness of reports. Transmits monthly and weekly file feeds for client in various file formats. Performs other duties as assigned.RequirementsThe ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:Bachelor's Degree (Information Systems or Computer Science a plus) or prior related on-the-job experience Driver’s license required. Three (3) or more years of Performance Management, Quality Assurance, or Reporting experience Relocation industry experience is a plus Strong analytical skills and the ability to extract meaningful insights Understanding of key performance indicators (KPIs) and how to measure success in different areas of the business Familiarity with the organization’s business processes and how they relate to overall performance Excellent problem-solving skills, a love for technical challenges, and a willingness to learn and innovate Detail oriented Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of products (Sharepoint, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Power BI a plus Ability to work independently and in team-based environment Strong oral and written communications skills Ability to manage and build strong relationships Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environmentThe estimated base salary range for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 (annually).
