Residential Services Assistant The Residential Services Assistant is responsible for supporting the housekeeping team with maintaining the cleanliness of all hotel property, including guest rooms, corridors, and common areas. Key Responsibilities: Assist housekeepers in ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness are maintained at all times. Transport dirty linens and towels to the linen room and loading dock. Clean and dust corridors, walls, baseboards, vacuum carpets, clean windows, and sanitize high-touch areas. Deliver items requested by guests. Restock linen rooms and sweep and clean linen room floors daily. Remove trash and recycle materials to appropriate areas throughout the day. Qualifications and Skills: Ability to use personal protective equipment (PPE), hand tools, and power equipment. Positive attitude and proactive approach to work. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently. Knowledge of mobile devices and basic computer skills.
