Position OverviewWe're seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide high-quality therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist (PT). The ideal candidate is passionate about improving patients' functional mobility, maintaining independence, and delivering care with respect and empathy. Responsibilities Deliver therapeutic exercises, treatments, and interventions as outlined in the patient's care plan. Monitor patient progress and report updates to the supervising PT. Document patient treatments accurately and timely per facility and regulatory standards. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure comprehensive patient care. Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and techniques for continued progress. Qualifications Associate degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program. Current state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure as a PTA. Prior experience in a skilled nursing facility is preferred but not required. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
