Senior Financial Analyst SPHS-Finance AdministrationThe Senior Financial Analyst will: Under general supervision, engages in all reimbursement and budget functions. These includepreparation and maintenance of the Medicare Cost Report, Chapter 160 report, IRIS (InternResident Information System) submission, annual operating expense budget, monthly statisticsand departmental P&L's, bi-weekly nursing labor flex analysis, variance analysis, initiativemonitoring, and various other projects that may arise.Requirements:• Four-year accounting degree is required. • Two to three years' experience in a hospital setting is required. • Familiarity with personal computer software is essential; RAS, Excel (intermediate to advanced skills highly preferred), Word, Power Point, Access, etc.We offer competitive base rates that are determined by many factors, includingjob-related work experience, internal equity, and industry-specific market addition to base salary, some positions may be eligible for clinical certification pay and shift differentials.The salary range listed for exempt positions reflects full-time compensation and will be prorated based on employment status.Saint Peter's offers a robust benefits program to eligible employees that will support you and your family in working toward achieving and maintaining secure, healthy lives now and into the future.
