Job Description Job Description We are seeking aLicensed Behavioral Health Counselor to join our team of healthcareprofessionals in Sierra Vista, AZ. As a BH Counselor, you will be responsiblefor providing individual and group therapy, counseling, crisis intervention,and case management services to patients dealing with mental health andsubstance abuse issues. Compensation:  Up to $95,000 plus benefits Excellent medical, dental, vision insurance Competitive Pay 10 Paid Holidays Generous Paid Time Off Company Paid Life, Short-term and Long-term disability 403(b) plan and company match Responsibilities: ·        Conductassessments, develop treatment plans, and provide therapy and counselingservices to patients with mental health and/or substance abuse disorders ·        Provide crisisintervention and case management services as needed ·        Collaborate withinterdisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans ·        Maintain accurateand timely documentation of patient progress, treatment plans, and case notes ·        Participate in ongoingprofessional development activities to maintain licensure and stay current withbest practices in the field ·        Provide educationand support to patients and their families on mental health and substance abuseissues ·        Adhere to ethicaland legal standards of practice Qualifications: ·        Master's degreein Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field ·        Current licensureas a Licensed Behavioral Health Counselor in the state of Arizona ·        Minimum of 2years of experience in providing therapy and counseling services to patientswith mental health and/or substance abuse disorders ·        Stronginterpersonal and communication skills · Ability to workindependently and as part of a team· Knowledge of evidence-basedpractices and treatment modalities for mental health and substance abusedisorders
