As a key partner to the CEO, you will lead the integration of operations and systems, enhance financial reporting, build a value-added finance function and capital strategy while supporting future M&A activity. Ideal candidates will bring deep FP&A and manufacturing finance experience, with a track record of building and scaling finance functions in dynamic environments. Success requires more than technical expertise.
