The CDO serves as a strategic Thought Leader, guiding optimal data use for clinical, research, and commercialization.Minimum Experience RequiredMinimum of 10 years of progressive experience in data management, data science, or a related field, with substantial leadership and administrative experience - ideally within a healthcare or research setting (preferably in oncology).Proven experience developing and implementing successful data strategies, data governance frameworks, and data quality programs.Expertise in data architecture, data warehousing, and working with complex administrative information systems.Demonstrated experience in advanced analytics with extensive partnerships with machine learning (ML), and artificial intelligence (AI) applications, ideally in areas relevant to cancer research and clinical care (e.g., predictive modeling, imaging analytics; clinical trial matching).Experience navigating and ensuring compliance with relevant data privacy regulations, including HIPAA, GDPR, and ethical guidelines that govern research data.Education Level: Master's Degree.
