You’ll oversee compliance and advisory work in general taxation, Wealth Transfer Services, and international tax matters, ensuring exceptional service delivery and technical accuracy.Key Responsibilities:Lead and review complex individual, business, and multi-jurisdictional tax engagements.Provide advisory insights on domestic and international tax strategies, ensuring clients maximize benefits and remain compliant.Manage, mentor, and develop a team of tax professionals, fostering technical expertise and leadership skills.Build and maintain client relationships, identifying opportunities for additional value-added services.Oversee client billing and engagement profitability.Maintain current knowledge of evolving tax laws, policies, and industry trends.Qualifications:CPA license required.Minimum 7 years of public accounting tax experience, with exposure to multiple industries.Strong technical expertise in general tax; WTS and international tax experience preferred.Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and coach high-performing teams.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.Authorized to work in the U.S. without pensation & Benefits- We offer a competitive compensation package reflective of experience, skills, and market standards.
