Please click here to view Albourne America’s privacy policy.The RoleSales and Marketing Associate – Lead GenerationLead generation in the U.S. for Sales supportResponsibilitiesLead Management: responsible for generating and nurturing leads for Albourne’s services using different sales and marketing channels.Generate new leads using third-party services and social mediaClassify leads based on various criteria (such as AUM, pain points, budget, and decision-making capabilities)Organize and keep the lead status updated in Albourne sales software, PowerstationCoordinate with Albourne’s global research team to help extract and capture sales leadsSales Management: Perform the following sales activities: Drive Data, News, and Analytics (D&A), Pay as You Go (PAYG), Research and Advice contractsUnderstand how the sales process works and help develop and manage the sales pipelineSupport and participate in webinars, in-person events, conferences and network with peers and target audience to identify sales opportunitiesSupport RFP processResearch: Research Albourne’s target markets: Maintain and expand Albourne’s database of prospects by conducting research to find new leadsUnderstand the pain points faced by prospective clients and identify if they’re looking for specific featuresResearch competitor products mentioned/used by prospectsCommunication Skills: Collaborate with marketing and sales team members to work on tasks relevant to lead generationOther RequirementsCompliance with Albourne compliance manualsAttendance at company events as directedBachelor’s degree or equivalentMust be detail oriented and have excellent communication skills (verbal and writing)Must have proficient skills in Excel and Microsoft Office SuiteTravelRegulatory registration (dependent upon regional requirements)Comprehensive Compensation and Benefits PackageFully paid Medical and Dental PPOFully paid Basic Life and AD&D401k & FSAEveryday Wellness, weekly yoga and fitnessFree Gym Membership near the office30 days paid time off each year including Vacation and HolidaysJob Pay: $60,000 to $75,000/yearJob Type: Full-timeLocation: Stamford, CTWork authorization: Must be eligible to work in the United StatesAlbourne America LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
