Learn more at or follow us on LinkedIn and Facebook.Position Summary: We seek a detail-oriented Compliance and Ethics Consultant to build and assess compliance programs, develop policies, and promote ethical practices across industries. Responsibilities include conducting risk assessments, evaluating compliance programs, drafting policies, designing training, and providing strategic guidance. You will also contribute to thought leadership initiatives and support proposal development.Key Responsibilities:Conduct compliance and ethics risk assessments for diverse clients.Evaluate and improve existing compliance programs.Draft and review compliance policies and codes of conduct.Design engaging training materials (online and instructor-led).Provide expert advisory on regulatory requirements, investigations, and program implementation.Author thought leadership content such as blogs, whitepapers, and articles.Present at webinars and industry events.Participate in proposal meetings and assist in proposal content development.Build trusted client relationships through high-quality deliverables.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree required; JD preferred.Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks (e.g., FCPA, UK Bribery Act, DOJ Guidance).Excellent writing, communication, and public speaking skills.Project management and client relationship experience.Experience developing policies and training programs.Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced pensation: U.S. pay range: $152,000—$195,000 USD.What Diligent Offers:A culture of innovation and creativity.Flexible work environment, health benefits, generous time off, wellness programs.Global teams with offices worldwide.Diversity and inclusion initiatives.This role follows a hybrid work model, requiring onsite presence at least 50% of the time if within commuting distance to an office location.
