This role focuses on applying AI and data analytics to the built environment, leading the next generation of intelligent buildings and solutions across Verizon's global real estate portfolio.What you’ll be doingLead the AI/ML and Data Analytics Strategy: Develop and execute the long-term vision and strategy for leveraging AI, machine learning, and data analytics to optimize Verizon's global real estate portfolio.Translate Business Needs into Technical Solutions: Partner with stakeholders across Global Real Estate (e.g., Property Operations, Transactions, Energy, Strategy, and Finance) to identify business challenges and translate them into actionable data and AI projects.Build and Deploy Analytical Solutions: Design, develop, and deploy data models, dashboards, and AI/ML applications to improve decision-making related to real estate transactions, space utilization, energy consumption, and facilities management.Manage Data Governance and Quality: Oversee the collection, cleansing, and management of diverse real estate data sets to ensure data integrity and reliability for all analytical initiatives.Drive Innovation: Stay current with emerging technologies and best practices in AI, data science, and the PropTech sector to continuously innovate and maintain a competitive edge.Lead and Mentor a Team: Recruit, lead, and develop a team of data scientists, data analysts, and engineers, fostering a culture of curiosity and continuous learning.You must be currently enrolled in the MIT LGO degree program and be in good academic standing to be this hybrid role, you’ll have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days set by your manager.
