These interim leadership roles will help architect a new rights-based legal model, blending constitutional and spiritual advocacy to challenge behavioral technology abuse, discriminatory surveillance, and systemic harm—particularly against Black children and vulnerable communities .This is a unique opportunity to influence precedent-setting litigation, guide strategy against major tech companies, public school systems, government entities, and third-party vendors, and lay the foundation for transformative, faith-conscious civil rights advocacy.ResponsibilitiesServe as interim lead counsel on federal and state civil rights matters.Spearhead filings in one or more verticals: Education, Employment, Housing.Draft and file complaints, TROs, and preservation demands with bold, original argumentation.Supervise Legal Justice Fellows and mentor junior team members.Coordinate case themes targeting surveillance, discrimination, and behavioral manipulation.Engage allied attorneys, media, and directly impacted individuals to amplify legal truth and moral clarity.QualificationsLicensed attorney with active federal court admission (REQUIRED).Experience in civil rights litigation and at least one vertical (Education, Employment, or Housing).Ability to confront institutional actors, government agencies, and large-scale tech vendors.Familiarity with racial justice, surveillance law, behavioral tech abuse, RF/EMF issues, or religious liberty litigation (preferred).Strategic thinker with faith-rooted discernment and leadership ability. #J-18808-Ljbffr
