Our focus is on enabling connected services for people outdoors and connected workflows across three main verticals: mass-market consumer devices, automotive, and industrial IoT.This is a remote position that requires the employee to be based in San Diego, CA.Summary Of How You Will Impact SkyloSkylo is seeking a Program Manager for managing our Satellite Service Partner Providers from a program management standpoint. This person will be the day to day primary interface with our satellite partners to understand deployment and testing timelines and ensure that necessary dates and deliverables are met on schedule, including the satellite partner vendor deliverables. This person will be responsible for providing internal and external visibility for all aspects of the program, including tools & dashboards and pro-active tracking of results. This is a highly cross functional role spanning sales, engineering, operations, marketing, legal and other groups within the organization. This role combines both strategic leadership and tactical execution, ensuring that day-to-day activities are carried out effectively. This role has executive level attention within the organization and will be responsible for ensuring our customer success.How You Will ContributeOwn the operational relationship with our Satellite Service Provider Partners.Own and manage the overall schedule ensuring site completeness, test readiness and other operational parameters required to launch the Skylo ServicesCreate custom dashboards and reporting tools to provide complete transparency and visibility of the project to anyone at any time associated with the projectSet clear operational milestones and success metrics, ensuring visibility internally and externally across the organizationAct as an effective point of communication and escalation for partner issues, collaborating cross-functionally to resolve challenges.Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key external stakeholders, serving as their advocate within SkyloCoordinate with internal Skylo resources to ensure there is a cohesive customer or partner implementation planWhat We Look For5+ years of experience in Program Management (external facing), Customer Success, Customer Onboarding, or a related roleProven ability to build and maintain relationships at senior management/executive levels.Ability to handle complex, cross functional program executionStrong leadership skills with a history of building and managing high-performing teams.Strategic thinker with a track record of meeting or exceeding retention and growth targets.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.Ability to confidently represent your point of view to senior leadership and influence cross-functional teams.Experience with program management tools and technologies, including fortable in fast-paced, dynamic environments, adapting quickly to changing priorities.Prior working experience for/with a Satellite Service Provider is desirable.What We OfferWith employees working across three continents, Skylo is proud to be an equal opportunity employer dedicated to building an inclusive and diverse workforce.
