OverviewThis role is responsible for building E2E business models that can leverage PepsiCo’s Billion Dollar Brands (i.e Pepsi, Gatorade, Mountain Dew, Lay’s, Doritos, Cheetos, etc.) to build a new and incremental licensing and merchandising revenue stream aligned with brand purpose, market opportunities, and long-term value creation.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute licensing strategies to expand PepsiCo’s brand presence through partnerships and merchandisingManage licensing negotiations and contractual agreements, ensuring compliance with brand and market expectationsIdentify, negotiate, secure global partners and manage licensing agreements across key product categories and geographies, ensuring brand alignment and revenue growthCreate and implement new business models, balancing strategic growth with marketing executionPartner with Marketing, Design and DComm to drive brand presence and revenueQualificationsConsumer & Market Understanding - Deep knowledge of PepsiCo (and external) brand positioning and licensing trendsNegotiation & Partnership Management - Skilled in managing external partners, securing agreements, and driving long-term growthCuriosity & Innovation - Ability to explore new licensing opportunities and adapt to evolving market demandsCreative & Aesthetic Sense - Strong visual and trend awareness to align PepsiCo brands with relevant categoriesLicensing & Brand Expansion Expertise - Experience working with high-profile brands (e.g., Nike, Zara, Disney, Lego Shein, Videogames Industry)Marketing & General Management Knowledge – Understands how licensing, brand strategy, and consumer engagement intersectEntrepreneurial & Strategic Execution – Capable of identifying new business models and turning them into commercial success #J-18808-Ljbffr
