You will work alongside a dedicated team of healthcare professionals to provide exceptional patient care in a collaborative and supportive environment.Job specificationCandidate requirementsJob specification Triage, assess, and treat patients across all age groups. Identify and implement individualized patient care plans to achieve optimal health outcomes. Develop care strategies and adjust treatments as needed. Manage multiple cases simultaneously, ensuring efficient patient prioritization. Provide clear follow-up care instructions and coordinate referrals as necessary. Work closely with physicians and hospital departments to ensure seamless patient care. Maintain patient safety and adhere to best practices in emergency nursing. Candidate requirements Florida RN license or approved multistate RN license (Compact license holders must obtain a Florida RN license within 60 days of relocation). 1+ years of recent acute care RN experience (ER, ICU, PCU preferred; paramedic background is a plus). Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS/BLS) - Required within 30 days of hire. Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) - Required within 90 days of hire. Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) - Required within 90 days of hire. Emergency Nurse Pediatric Course (ENPC) - Required within 6 months of hire. Nonviolent Crisis Intervention (NCI) - Required within 6 months of hire. Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) or TNCC Instructor - Required within 6 months of hire.
