This position is ideal for candidates who are looking to jumpstart their professional career and have an interest in architecture, construction, project management, medical equipment and/or healthcare, as you’ll be exposed to it all! The Project Assistant will support project teams in the planning, coordination, and procurement of medical equipment for hospitals, medical office buildings, ambulatory surgery centers and teaching laboratories throughout California. Ability to be on project sites is a requirement of this role.ResponsibilitiesBuild and update medical equipment lists and budgets using Attainia software Participate in client and user group meetings (both in person and virtual) by taking meeting minutes and performing on-the-spot research and technical support, as needed Research medical equipment and equipment alternatives Compile project documentation including medical equipment cut sheets and technical data sheet reports Perform on-site surveys of existing medical equipment to assess for current condition and future lifespan Visit project sites during construction to ensure proper medical equipment infrastructure placement, proper equipment placement, etc.Please note that this job description is not intended to be an exhaustive list of all duties, responsibilities, or qualifications associated with the role.
