We’re looking for ahands-on Inventory Control Supervisorto take ownership of our inventory control structure and lead a talented team to success. In thisonsite, full-time role(Mon–Fri, 8 AM–5 PM), you’ll be responsible ***** ✅ Driving accuracy through cycle counts and process controls across all inventory locations ✅ Defining and managing material flows between warehouses and manufacturing ✅ Leading continuous improvement initiatives to streamline inventory processes and reporting ✅ Partnering with operations and management to resolve inventory risks and improve accuracy ✅ Supporting internal and external audits, SOP development, and special projects What We’re Looking ***** Bachelor’s degree + 8+ years of experience (3+ years in warehouse/distribution) Strong background in Excel & SAP (or similar ERP systems) Proven experience managing large teams and developing processes/methodologies Excellent communication skills and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset ***** ✨ SAP DWM experience ✨ Accounting knowledge Why Join Us?
