With over 25 years of experience and a 250,000-sq-ft facility in Oxnard, California, we combine engineering innovation, advanced manufacturing, and quality excellence to deliver mission-critical products with unmatched precision and reliability.We are seeking a Maintenance Technician with strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills to support our high-volume manufacturing operations. This role is key to ensuring the uptime, reliability, and safety of all production equipment across multiple departments.You’ll work on a wide range of equipment — from heavy industrial presses and flow-forming machines to CNC systems — in a collaborative, fast-paced production environment.Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain both electrical and mechanical systems on industrial equipmentPerform preventative and corrective maintenance to maximize uptime and reliabilityUse multimeters and diagnostic tools to identify and resolve electrical or control system issuesSupport installation, startup, and integration of new production machineryRead and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and equipment manualsCollaborate with production teams to meet schedules and continuous improvement goalsMaintain compliance with LOTO procedures, safety standards, and facility policiesDiagnose system malfunctions and perform repairs on industrial gas furnaces, heat-treat ovens, and related temperature control systemsMinimum 5 years of experience in electrical and mechanical maintenance within a manufacturing environmentStrong working knowledge of electrical systems, control circuits, and automation equipmentExperience with AC/DC drives, servos, sensors, and PLC-controlled systemsBasic computer skills for maintenance documentation and loggingSpanish-speaking ability is a plusJoin a growing aerospace manufacturer with cutting-edge equipment and a strong reputation for quality~ Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance~Company-Paid Life & Disability Insurance~ Paid Holidays, Vacation, and Sick Leave00 per hour (commensurate with experience)*****Monday–Friday | Full-Time | 40 hours/week + overtime as neededReady to Keep Production Running Smoothly?If you’re a skilled Maintenance Technician with a passion for problem-solving, reliability, and precision, we want to hear from you.
