This role reports directly to Operations and is ideal for a leader who thrives in fast-paced, collaborative, and growth-oriented environments.Lead, mentor, and manage a team of ~3 project managers.Oversee all aspects of project ***** schedules, budgets, quality standards, and deliverables.Manage negotiations, change orders, and resolve unforeseen challenges to keep projects on track.Collaborate closely with Operations to align project goals and outcomes with company objectives.Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement across project teams.6–8 years of construction project management experience.~ Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.~ Demonstrated track record of delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget.Medical, 401K, and performance-based bonus incentives
