Make Healthcare Better:We use advanced technology to support our team and enhance patient care Get to Know Your Team: Hackensack Meridian Mountainside Medical Center is an 820,000-square-foot facility that offers the latest medical programs, cutting-edge technology, and patient-focused care that includes 365 beds, 1,200+ employees, and a 27-bed Emergency Room/Fast Track Unit.ResponsibilitiesThe Ultrasound Tech is responsible for performing standard general ultrasounds as well as all vascular exams including but not limited to: cardiovascular studies, venous studies, arterial studies, and renal studies.QualificationsJob Requirements: Completion of an Accredited Ultrasound Program. ARRT, ARDMS, or equivalent registered or eligible. Must maintain licensure and national certification/registry. BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.On call and holidays required. Preferred Job Requirements: Associates or Bachelors degree. At least 1 year of prior MFM Department experienceRate of pay is determined based on experience and education, and may include other pay components such as differentials and call pay based on role.
