The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in various areas of law, including but not limited to municipal prosecution, civil litigation and workers' compensation. Salary is negotiable.*Duties** Conduct thorough legal research using tools such as LexisNexis and Westlaw to support case preparation and strategy.* Maintain accurate case files and documentation within the law office.* *Requirements** Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.* Admission to practice law in New Jersey.* Strong knowledge of various areas of law including civil litigation, municipal prosecution, and workers' compensation law.* Familiarity with legal research tools such as LexisNexis and Westlaw.* Prior experience in municipal prosecution is preferred but not mandatory.* Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.Job Type: Full-timePay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per yearBenefits:* Health insurance* Life insurance* Paid time offAbility to Commute:* Toms River, NJ 08753 (Required)Ability to Relocate:* Toms River, NJ 08753: Relocate before starting work (Required)Work Location: In person
