This role is ideal for an experienced Criminal Defense Attorney. You will handle cases, work directly with clients, and appear in court to defend clients.*Responsibilities:** Represent clients in criminal cases at all stages of litigation* Conduct legal research and draft motions, pleadings, and other documents* Assist with case strategy, trial preparation, and negotiations* Appear in court for hearings, trials, and other proceedings* Maintain organized case files and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment* Communicate effectively with clients, courts, and opposing counsel*Qualifications:** Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school* 3+ years of Criminal Defense experience; active with the AL Bar* Strong writing, research, and oral advocacy skills* Willingness to learn, take initiative, and manage a caseload* Client-focused with strong interpersonal skills*Compensation and Benefits:** Competitive salary commiserate with experience* Performance-based bonuses* Paid time off and holidays* Ongoing training, mentorship, and CLE support*Job Type:* Full-time*Location:* 100% onsite at our Mobile officeJob Type: Full-timePay: $80,000.00 - $150,000.00 per yearBenefits:* Paid time offWork Location: In person
