We re seeking an experienced Pediatric Cardiac CRNA to support a high-acuity cardiac anesthesia team in Washington, DC.This is a hands-on, team-based environment where you ll collaborate with pediatric anesthesiologists in delivering anesthesia for neonatal, congenital cardiac, and complex pediatric cases. Providers with congenital cardiac experience or a strong pediatric anesthesia background will thrive in this setting. Job Responsibilities Work within a nationally recognized Level I Pediatric Trauma CenterCollaborative, multidisciplinary cardiac anesthesia teamDiverse case mix including congenital cardiac, neonatal, and complex pediatric proceduresEMR: Cerner Qualifications Active DC License (required)NBCRNA Certification (required)PALS Certification (required)Minimum 3 years of anesthesia experience preferredPediatric experience required; prior cardiac experience highly preferredStrong communication, adaptability, and ability to work within a teaching hospital environment Working Hours Shifts: 4x10s, 7:00a 5:30p (some flexibility from 3:30p 6:30p depending on case load)Call: Weekend call rotation requiredDuration: 3 6 month contract with potential to extendCredentialing: Approximately 90 days
