We're seeking a detail-oriented *Estimator / Pre-Construction Manager* to join our residential design-build team. This role bridges the gap between design and construction, turning concepts into clear, accurate project budgets and preparing jobs for a successful build.Candidates should take the time to read all the elements of this job advert carefully Please make your application promptly.*Key Responsibilities:** Review project plans, specifications, and client goals to build accurate estimates* Coordinate trade partner walkthroughs, distribute RFPs, and collect competitive bids* Analyze proposals, negotiate pricing, and prepare comprehensive project budgets and schedules* Research and confirm permitting requirements and fees* Assist with permit submittals and project setup once jobs are sold* Support the sales team with pricing, vendor sourcing, and proposal development* Maintain and update cost databases, estimating templates, and process documentation* Collaborate with production teams by providing scope clarity, sourcing trades, and assisting with scheduling*What We're Looking For:** Experience in residential construction estimating or pre-construction management* Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple bids simultaneously* Clear communication and relationship-building skills with clients, trades, and internal teams* Proficiency with estimating software and reading construction documentsJob Type: Full-timePay: $120,000.00 - $135,000.00 per yearBenefits:* 401(k)* 401(k) 5% Match* Health insurance* Paid time off* Professional development assistanceWork Location: In person
