Ranges from $35.00 to $45.00 per/FLAT RATE hour. Ford Master Certification preferred, but willing to train the right person.Duties:- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on diesel engines and vehicles.- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues with diesel engines.- Conduct inspections and testing of diesel engines to identify problems and determine appropriate solutions.- Repair or replace faulty components, such as fuel injectors, pistons, and valves.- Weld and solder parts as needed for repairs.- Perform tire service, including mounting, balancing, and rotating tires.- Maintain accurate records of all repairs and services performed.- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and answering questions.Requirements:- Proven experience as a diesel mechanic or service technician.- Strong knowledge of diesel engines and their components.- Proficient in using diagnostic tools and equipment to identify issues.- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks.- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.- Strong communication skills to interact with customers effectively.Note: A valid driver's license may be required for this position.Job Type: Full-timePay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hourBenefits:* Dental insurance* Employee discount* Health insurance* Health savings account* Life insurance* Paid time off* Vision insuranceAbility to commute/relocate:* Show Low, AZ 85901: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)Experience:* Diesel engine repair: 1 year (Preferred)* Mechanical knowledge: 1 year (Preferred)Work Location: In person
