Duties:Scroll down to find an indepth overview of this job, and what is expected of candidates Make an application by clicking on the Apply button.- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings.- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the layout and installation of plumbing systems.- Assemble, install, and repair pipes, fittings, fixtures, and appliances such as sinks, toilets, showers, water heaters, and dishwashers.- Collaborate with other construction professionals such as carpenters and HVAC technicians to ensure proper coordination of plumbing systems.- Perform inspections of plumbing systems to identify and resolve issues or potential problems.- Respond to service calls and troubleshoot plumbing issues.- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.Requirements:- Strong knowledge of basic math for measuring and calculating pipe lengths, angles, and dimensions.- Previous experience as a plumber or in a related field such as carpentry or HVAC is preferred.- Ability to assemble, install, and repair pipes, fittings, fixtures, and appliances.- Physically capable of heavy lifting and working in tight spaces.- Familiarity with reading schematics and technical drawings.- Strong problem-solving skills to diagnose issues and develop effective solutions.- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members.- Valid driver's license for commercial driving purposes.Note: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position.
