Lexington offers a vibrant downtown, scenic horse country, and a welcoming healthcare community—making it a top destination for allied health professionals seeking Kentucky radiology jobs and career growth.CT / Radiologic Technologist Job DetailsLocation: Lexington, KY 40536Assignment Type: Travel healthcare jobStart Date: December 15, 2025End Date: March 23, 2026Duration: 14 weeksEstimated Weekly Pay: $2,870 - $2,950Hours per Week: 40Shift: 4x10-hour day shifts (07:00 - 17:30)Call Requirements: 1 late call/week (5:30p-7:30p), 1 call shift/week (5:30p-7:00a), 1-2 call weekends per 6-week schedule (Friday 5:30p - Monday 7:00a)Setting: Cath Lab, Level 1 Trauma CenterQualifications for CT / Radiologic TechnologistMinimum 1 year of experience as a CT Technologist or Radiologic Technologist (Level 1 Trauma experience preferred)Active Kentucky State Radiology License (KBMIRT) or Compact License (must be obtained before start; pending license accepted at submission)ARRT (R) certification requiredBLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications requiredPALS required before start (not needed at submission)Successful completion of EKG onboarding examExperience with Epic EHR and McKesson systems requiredPreferred: Experience with Philips Single and Bi Plane Angiography equipmentAbility to float within the hospital or to affiliate hospitals as needed1 reference from a charge nurse or supervisor required at submissionCOVID-19 and Flu vaccines required (medical/religious exemptions accepted)Local travelers within 75 miles are not acceptedNo licensure hits acceptedKey ResponsibilitiesPerform diagnostic and interventional Cath Lab procedures, including angioplasty, cardiac stent placement, and pacemaker insertionMonitor and interpret EKGs and hemodynamic data during proceduresMaintain sterile field and assist with room circulation and scrubbing as neededProvide care for neonates, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatric patientsUtilize Epic EHR and McKesson for accurate charting and clinical documentationParticipate in call rotation and respond to emergent cases as scheduledCollaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to deliver high-quality patient careAdhere to hospital policies, compliance, and safety standardsReady to take the next step in your radiology career?
