Applicants must have a current North Dakota or Minnesota Journeyman license and a valid driver's license. The expected work week is Monday-Friday, 40+ hours. Hourly compensation is based on experience - starting wage for newly licensed journeymen is $30/hr. Health insurance is offered after 30 days, and dental and vision insurance is offered after 60 days. Additional benefits include Simple IRA matching, paid holidays, life insurance, and an accrual-style PTO. Occasional travel within North Dakota and Minnesota may require overnight stay outs depending on job distances.
