This position requires a strong background in various areas of law, including PERSONAL INJURY, EMPLOYMENT, HABITABILITY, and more. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional negotiation skills and a proven track record in litigation. As a Senior Associate Attorney, you will play a crucial role in providing legal counsel to clients, managing cases, and contributing to the growth of our practice.*Duties** Represent clients in legal proceedings across multiple practice areas including estate planning, environmental law, immigration law, landlord-tenant law, family law, securities law, workers' compensation law, personal injury law, and tribal law & regulations.* Conduct thorough legal research using tools such as LexisNexis and Westlaw to support case strategies.* Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, briefs, and contracts with precision and clarity.* Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients while ensuring their best interests are prioritized.* Manage case files efficiently within the law office environment while maintaining accurate records and documentation.* Collaborate with other attorneys and staff to develop effective legal strategies and provide comprehensive client service.* Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations relevant to your practice areas.*Experience** Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.* A minimum of 5 years of experience practicing law in relevant fields such as estate planning, environmental law, immigration law, family law, securities law, workers' compensation law, personal injury law, or tribal regulations.* Demonstrated expertise in litigation with a strong ability to represent clients effectively in court. Has done arbitrationa and trials* Proficient in legal research methodologies and tools (LexisNexis and Westlaw).* Excellent writing skills with experience in legal drafting and documentation.* Prior experience in a legal administrative role is preferred but not required.
