Our team players have the ability to prioritize and multi-task while being detail-oriented, efficient and organized in a fast-paced environment. *All candidates must have a minimum of 3 years experience.*The following information provides an overview of the skills, qualities, and qualifications needed for this role.Candidates with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively, identify problems and implement solutions, and maintain meticulous cloud-based paperless files should have experience in the following:/* Excellent verbal and written communication skills when communicating with clients, adjusters, medical providers, experts, defense counsel and Court personnel./* Ability to proactively handle a caseload of 75-100 files from intake through settlement/ trial, including drafting Complaints, Motions and responsive pleadings, as well as Specials/Discovery/Arbitration/ Mediation/Friendly Hearing/Trial packages, Releases and other settlement documents./* Ability to conduct depositions and attend all Court hearings./* Maintain a Tally of PIP Ledgers, EOBs, Health Insurance, Medicare and/or Medicaid records.
