Established law firm practicing estate planning, trusts, and probate administration, with emphasis on litigation in these fields.Please read the following job description thoroughly to ensure you are the right fit for this role before applying.Job duties will include research, discovery, motion practice, attending depositions and court hearings, including trial preparation and trials. Candidate will have opportunity work independently and be responsible for a variety of legal writing projects. Ideal candidate will enjoy working from inception to conclusion on interesting cases, including strategizing on will and trust contests, elder abuse, and conservatorships.Seeking associate attorney or law clerk with some experience in litigation and interest in practicing estates and trust law.
