We have an immediate need for 2 part-time *Maintenance Technicians *to join our team at Clifton Fine Hospital. We are a Rural Emergency Hospital located in the Adirondack Mountains that provides critical care to our community. The hours for this position will be 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm with rotating weekend coverage and on-call coverage. *Pay range is $18.00 to $23.00 based on experience. To apply, please go to our website at fax applications to 315-848-2314, or apply in person.*Remember to check your CV before applying Also, ensure you read through all the requirements related to this role.*Maintenance + Technical Duties** Completes maintenance work orders - as assigned* Performs necessary maintenance relating to both the exterior and interiors of all buildings* Maintains inventory of equipment, tools, supplies, and work materials* Maintains a working knowledge of all utility sources and supply line* General maintenance experience includes painting, drywall, plumbing, electrical, mowing, plowing, etc.* Performs all phases of snow removal from all needed areas and maintains all appropriate equipment* Paints, cleans, completes maintenance items, and all other items required for the completion of the unit under renovation* Cleans all common areas and is responsible for trash removal if EVS needs covering.*Planning + Oversight + Communication** Assesses and prioritizes all work to be performed* Completes daily work schedules for routine maintenance duties* Notifies Maintenance Supervisor and Safety Supervisor of all problems and potential issues of concern* Ensures quality of work duties performed* Handles emergencies that may arise, and communicates all details of the incident to the Maintenance Supervisor.* Special projects and other responsibilities may be determined*Interpersonal + Safety Responsibilities** Will be available for on-call as necessary* Maintains a professional and courteous manner with all residents, vendors, contractors, and fellow employees* Actively participates and follows the safety and health programsJob Type: Part-timePay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hourExpected hours: No less than 20 per weekBenefits:* Dental insurance* Health insurance* Life insurance* Paid time off* Parental leave* Retirement plan* Vision insuranceAbility to Commute:* Star Lake, NY 13690 (Required)Ability to Relocate:* Star Lake, NY 13690: Relocate before starting work (Required)Work Location: In person
