Position Overview: Our client is seeking a Bilingual Litigation Paralegal to join their dynamic litigation team. In this role, you will support all phases of litigation, including discovery, workflow management, and attorney support. You will work closely with attorneys to ensure cases are managed efficiently and clients receive the highest quality representation. Responsibilities: Provide technical assistance to attorneys using case management systems and maintain accurate records of case progress.Use electronic databases and other tools to perform litigation support tasks, including reviewing, organizing, indexing, labeling, and summarizing documents.Conduct document searches and intensive reviews, consistently meeting or exceeding review targets.Assist attorneys in all phases of civil litigation, including pretrial discovery, motions, hearings, trials, and appeals.Support preparation and conduct of depositions and interviews with investigative sources, expert witnesses, and fact witnesses.Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and external parties in both English and Spanish. Qualifications: Associate degree in Paralegal Studies or a related field; Bachelor’s degree preferred.Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a law firm or legal environment.Proficiency with legal research tools and Microsoft Office Suite applications.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
