What You’ll Do as an Client Relationship Executive Engage directly with customers in residential areas, introducing Verizon’s latest wireless and internet plans with professionalism and enthusiasm. Build meaningful relationships while assessing client needs and offering tailored telecom solutions that genuinely make life easier. Close sales through clear communication, active listening, and an upbeat approach that builds trust. Stay up to date on Verizon promotions, product bundles, and local campaigns to ensure accurate representation. Collaborate with fellow Entry Level Client Relations Representatives and managers to meet weekly goals and share best practices.
