The Role:The Audio Visual–Unified Communications Level 3 professional will be responsible for deploying and supporting our global Audio Visual and Unified Communications estate. The role involves leading implementations of technically appropriate AV/VC/UC and Telephony products (RingCentral), identifying suitable tools based on requirements, and evaluating new technologies for integration into existing infrastructure. Key Responsibilities: Manage enterprise network audio-video projects and maintain appropriate documentation. Troubleshoot video issues on the network and report project progress. Promote adoption of video conferencing services (Zoom, Teams, Webex). Recommend process improvements for design and documentation standards. Plan and coordinate video and voice network technology expansions. Perform UC software and hardware upgrades, including installation of A/V and video conferencing equipment. Collaborate with project and infrastructure teams for site walkthroughs, equipment design, procurement, installation, and end-to-end support. Support Operations and Production for events, exhibitions, and office build-outs. Provide executive-level (C-Suite, VP, Director) unified communications support. Deliver local and remote collaboration assistance, resolving integration issues. Offer Tier 3 end-user support for unified communications and video systems. Design, develop, and oversee end-to-end IT UC system implementations. Develop and execute test plans to assess cloud infrastructure performance. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). 5+ years of experience in audio-visual implementation or video-conference network engineering with Cisco Telepresence. Experience with Cisco endpoints and infrastructure (Control Hub). Strong background in UC infrastructure (RingCentral). Proficiency with Webex, Microsoft Teams, and Zoom. Expertise in infrastructure implementation, project deployment, and system migrations. Experience with AMX and/or Crestron AV Control systems. Knowledge of A/V signal types, routing, cabling, and production devices (Ross, Blackbox, Dante, Matrox). Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proven ability to work effectively in global, collaborative environments. Familiarity with desktop and collaboration technologies (Windows 10, macOS, Office 365, SharePoint, OneDrive).
