Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Senior Accountant to assist their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting pay rate of $35.00 to $40.00 per hour. Job Responsibilities: Help with grant accounting and financial analysis to support program fundingAssist in preparing budgets and monitoring spending against grant allocationsContribute to month-end close activities including journal entries and reconciliationsSupport audit preparation by organizing documentation and responding to inquiriesFocus on applying non-profit accounting principles across all financial tasks Requirements: Possess a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field of studyDemonstrate experience in non-profit accounting and financial reportingShow ability to perform budgeting, reconciliation, and audit support tasksCommunicate clearly and professionally in both written and verbal formatsMaintain accuracy and confidentiality when handling financial data Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in a similar accounting roleApply knowledge of lease accounting practices, if applicableUtilize MIP or similar accounting software effectively, if experiencedDisplay strong analytical skills and attention to detail in financial processesWork independently and collaboratively to meet deadlines and support team goals REF#50910 #Ind-SFV
