CO-Energy has an opening for a Fuel Truck Delivery Driver serving our industrial customers in the Cascade, Idaho area.For more than 38 years, CO-Energy has been a leading distributor of fuel and lubricant products across Central & Eastern Washington, Western Idaho and Northeastern Oregon. We also own and operate 23 Pacific Pride and CFN commercial cardlock fueling stations. Position basic information:Full-Time - 50+ hours per week (Often will work up to FMCSA/DOT limit of hours)Five consecutive days: Sunday - Thursday -OR- Monday - Friday -OR- Tuesday - Saturday Sixth day may be requested depending on customer needsCompensation & Benefits:$33.00/hour base after training periodDriver Bonus Program recognizes safe and attentive work; starts at $1.00/hour in first year with incremental increasesPaid Time Off (PTO) - 16 Days Annually Paid Holidays - 7 Holidays AnnuallyMedical, Dental and Vision Insurance401(k) with employer matchDiscounts on company sold products including fuel We consider all applicants for open positions without regard to Race, Color, Religion, Sex, National Origin, Age, Military status or any other applicable protected status.Tasks, Duties and Essential Job Functions:Drive 10-Wheel tanker truck to deliver fuel products to industrial customer sites.Load and unload fuel products into and from vehicle tanks with safety and accuracy.Read, verify and check paperwork for accuracy and errors.Interact with customers in-person and by phone with courtesy and professionalism.Work safely by following all company and government rules, regulations and best practices.Report all product spills immediately, act quickly to reduce the spill.Required Qualifications:21 Years of ageValid Idaho Class A CDL with TX endorsements and Interstate medical self-certification.Driving record with no more than 1 moving violation or at-fault accident in the last 3 years. Two (2) or more years of CDL truck driving experience.Clean safety and substance-testing record as defined by the US DOT FMCSA regulations.Ability to use ELD (Electronic Logging Device) to record hours-of-service data.Ability to do basic math.Ability to read and write in English in order to complete required paperwork & communicate with office staff and customers via text and email.Pass a post-offer, pre-employment US DOT/FMCSA drug screen & criminal background check.Desired Qualifications:Experience transporting fuels, oils or other liquid hazardous materials.
