Job Title: Warehouse Stocker Location: StreetsboroShift: First ShiftPay: $15 and higher based on experience Job Summary: The Stocker plays a crucial role in maintaining the efficient operation of the Warehouse and Assembly departments. Responsible for placing parts from crates into shelves. Duties/Responsibilities: Receive crates of parts and read location tags stapled to the crates. Locate designated shelves using computer software systems to determine shelf availability. Organize and place parts onto shelves according to location tags and shelf specifications. Ensure proper rotation of stock to minimize waste and maintain optimal inventory levels. Conduct periodic quality checks on stocked items to ensure they meet standards. Collaborate with the Part Pullers to fulfill orders by providing accurate and timely stock availability. Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. Embrace a proactive approach to identify and report any issues or inefficiencies in stocking procedures. Take ownership of assigned tasks and demonstrate a strong work ethic. Required Skills/Abilities: Familiarity with computer software systems similar to inventory management systems. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Good communication and organizational skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks. Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration. Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous experience in a warehouse setting preferred. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
