Three Rivers Human Service Zone - Mandan Office - Administrative Assistant I Three Rivers Human Service Zone, is seeking an Administrative Assistant to direct phone, email, and walk-in traffic to the right resource as quickly as possible, as well as provide administrative support to departments within our Mandan Office. As an Administrative Assistant I, you'll welcome callers and walk-ins, assess their needs, and connect them to the right resource, ideally with one hand-off. In some cases, you will be the right resource to answer simple questions or to explain how to navigate the agency's website. You'll also triage the agency's emails, forwarding or responding as appropriate. In between walk-ins and callers (who are your priority), you'll support the senior leaders in Fiscal, Economic Services and Child Welfare. This support will include updating documents, ordering supplies, creating posters, scanning information, faxes and emails. To be considered for the Administrative Assistant position, you must either hold an associate degree with major coursework in office support, business or office education or preferred four (4) years of work experience performing related work. Also, you must have an excellent attendance record, be dependable and have the ability to work on premises at the Mandan Office. Additional work experience performing office support, clerical or secretarial duties may substitute for the education requirement on a year-for-year basis. Preference will be given to applicants with advanced Microsoft Office skills. and social media experience.
