Our ICU offers exposure to diverse, complex medical and surgical conditions, supporting continuous learning and growth. Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plansManage life-sustaining therapies (e.g., mechanical ventilation, hemodynamic support, CRRT)Perform and interpret diagnostic tests, including EKGs and ABGsOrder and interpret lab results and adjust medications as neededCollaborate with the care team for seamless transitions and discharge planningEducate patients and families regarding conditions and treatment plansParticipate in daily rounds and case discussionsMaintain accurate electronic health recordsEngage in quality improvement initiatives and continuing education Qualifications: Current, unrestricted Georgia APRN (Acute Care NP) or PA licenseMaster's or Doctoral degree from an accredited programICU experience preferred but not requiredCurrent BLS and ACLS certificationStrong critical thinking, clinical judgment, and procedural skillsExcellent communication and teamwork abilities About the Organization: For over 40 years, our client has been dedicated to delivering high-quality critical care to the community.
