ARMStaffing is seeking a travel nurse RN ICU - Intensive Care Unit for a travel nursing job in Oregon, Ohio.Specialty:ICU - Intensive Care Unit~ Discipline:RN~ Start Date:ASAP~ Shift: 12 hours, nights~ Employment Type:TravelRegistered Nurse (RN) - Night ShiftThis position requires a night shift with a schedule of 3x12-hour shifts.The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for maintaining the delivery of quality care by ensuring that the nursing care plan is followed. This role involves supervising Licensed Practical Nurses, Certified Nursing Assistants, and orienting new staff, all while prioritizing patient and employee safety.Perform nursing assessments on all patients within 8 hours of admission.Develop individualized plans of care based on assessment data.Document all assessments, interventions, and patient responses accurately.Participate in the patient rehabilitation itiate discharge planning and patient teaching on the day of admission.Maintain communication regarding changes in patient status with care providers.Supervise ancillary nursing personnel and provide necessary training.Ensure personal and environmental safety in accordance with policies.Contribute positively to the unit's functioning through teamwork.Identify professional growth opportunities through continuing education.BLS Certification required prior to first shift.ACLS certification required prior to first shift (specific to certain locations).ICU experience is required.At ARMStaffing, we take care of our employees!
