Currently experiencing high 1:5-6 ratios. It could be up to 8 depending how many patients come in and holidaysCertifications/Required Certifications: ACLS, BLS, CPI, ENPC, MAB, NIHSS, PALS, TNCC, MI licenseSkills: IV therapy/PhlebotomyPatient Age Groups: Adolescents, Infants, Adults, Pediatrics, GeriatricsInterdisciplinary Support: IV Teams, Physical Therapy, Respiratory Services, Interpretation Services, Phlebotomy, Radiology, Social Services, Lift Teams, Rapid Response Teams, Pharmacy, Transportation, Unit SecretarySpecial Procedures/Unit Details: Staffing Ratios can range for days 1:4-6, Nights 1:4-7Low acuity area, ratios can be higherModule Education must be completed before traveler can work on the floorPREFERRED-will consider 1.5 if has all other skillsInterpretation and Management of dysrhythmiasEPIC charting experiencePreferred Experience:Unit accepts 1st time travelersContinuous IV sedation and Procedural Sedation Administration experienceTriage experienceICONMA Job ID #25-83681.
