Family Medicine NP or PA - Southern Idaho Health Center is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join their Family Medicine practice Base salary: $110,000 - $115,000 plus quality incentives and potential production incentive Schedule: Most weeks are Monday - Friday 8 am to 5 pm. Every 5-6 weeks provider will work Tuesday and Thursday 11:30 am to 7:30 pm. Occasional Saturdays required from 8 am to 5 pm.
