The successful candidate must be able to develop and maintain relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports. Position Responsibilities: Develops, coordinates and assesses architecture of meeting content and leadership briefingsEffectively collects, organizes, synthesizes, and analyzes data; summarizes findings; develops conclusions and recommendations from appropriate data sourcesProvides data for management review and tracking performance to planMaintains dashboards and health reports that provide real-time visibility for leadershipFacilitates regular project reviews, check-ins, and escalations on critical or high-risk effortsEffectively plans what is to be achieved and involves all relevant stakeholdersAnticipates important or critical events, identifying resource requirements and assigning responsibility for specific work, including deadlines and performance expectationsDemonstrates the use of information-gathering techniques, analyzing situations and identifying implications to make correct decisionsDemonstrates ability to monitor progress and to make changes as requiredWorks with organizations to develop strategies, plans and metrics to accomplish company initiatives using Lean methodologies or other applicable tools and processesWorks at the appropriate level in the organization to implement strategies and plansAssists in planning management cadence and operating rhythm This position is expected to be 100% onsite.
