KEY JOBFUNCTIONS: * Entering player ratings. Maintain markers and dockets, including buybacks, transfers and voids. * Assisting Supervisors with markers, fills, credits and various duties as time allows. * Assist in seating and maintaining waiting lists. * Entering information for new players and retrieving Total Rewards cards from the Total Rewards Center. * Changing printer ribbons. * Answering pit telephones. Ensuring all pits are stocked with necessary supplies. * Filing and organization of entered rating slips. * Meet the attendance guidelines of the job and adhere to regulatory, departmental and company policies. Qualifications: EDUCATIONand/or EXPERIENCE: * Minimum one-year computer experience required. * Highschool diploma or equivalent is required. * Must know how to operate computer and ten key adding machines. * Must possess excellent customer service and communication skills. * Must be21 years of age. * Must be able to get along with co-workers and work as a team. * Must be able to work any day of the week and any shift. * Must present a well-groomed appearance. WORKENVIRONMENT: * Must be able sit for long periods of time. * Must be able to maneuver to work inside and continuously maneuver in and around assigned table in the Pit department during entire shift, with regular interval breaks. * Must be able to respond calmly and handle many customer demands in a fast pace environment. * Responds to visual and aural cues. * Must be able to memorize game rules and procedures. * Must possess good manual dexterity for quick and accurate handling of chips, cards and money. * Must be able to read, verify and sign appropriate documents relating to the game in a small area. * Must be able to tolerate areas containing second hand smoke, high noise levels, bright lights and dust.
