Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Human Resources Admin to assist their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting pay rate of $26.00 to $28.00 per hour. Job Responsibilities: Monitor the recruitment process for hourly staff to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.Conduct pre-employment procedures by collecting necessary documentation from applicants.Prepare board report items and personnel action summaries for assigned areas.Respond to employment verifications, compensation surveys, and classification requests.Assist with recruitment activities by scheduling interviews, preparing materials, and coordinating applicant testing. Requirements: Demonstrate responsiveness to and understanding of diverse backgrounds and equity-minded practices.Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders in both written and verbal formats.Maintain strong organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.Work independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple tasks.Pass a pre-employment criminal background check and drug screening successfully. Qualifications: Hold a high school diploma and possess 2+ years of related administrative experience.Show proficiency in MS Office Suite and HRIS systems for data entry and reporting.Provide support for applicant tracking software and troubleshoot user issues.Maintain and organize personnel files and employee records accurately.Preferably be bilingual and biliterate, with relevant specialized training.
